Removing the top cover of the Konica FC-1.
Remove the two screws on either side of the viewfinder.
Remove the screw from the left-side pentaprism cover.
Remove the screw from the right-side pentaprism cover.
Remove ASA dial retaining nut.
Remove spring washer.
Remove ASA dial.
Remove screw hidden under ASA dial.
All done here.
Remove advance lever pin face screw.
Remove spring washer.
Remove advance lever.
Remove advance coupler.
Remove retaining nut.
Using a piece of rubber, remove shutter button trim ring.
Remove wave washer.
Remove shutter speed dial.
Carefully lift off top cover.
Top cover removed.
To clean pentaprism glass and inside of viewfinder, remove the two screws on either side of the viewfinder.
Used compressed air or a blower brush to clean pentaprism glass.
Close-up, right side.
Close-up, left side. Reassemble in reverse order.
