Mamiya C33 Wind Side Cover Removal

Removing the wind side cover of the Mamiya C33.
Remove crank retaining screw and film advance crank handle.
There are two nylon crank handle rub blocks. Note their orientation so you can put them back correctly.
Peel off leatherette covering.
Don't loose the two nylon rub blocks or the crank handle will flop about.
Peel off leatherette covering.
Remove the two brass screws.
Lift off the round disc.
Remove the spring washer.
Two brass screws retaind the winder escutcheon.
Remove the brass screws.
Remove the escutcheon.
Four screws retain the winder.
Remove the four screws.
Winder and distance scale adjustment dust cap screw removed.
Remove side cover leatherette (or peel back to expose screws).
Six screws retain the side cover. Note that they are different lengths, and that some are cap screws and some are countersunk screws.
Side cover removed.
Two srews retain the distance scale back plate.
Back plate removed.
Three screws retain the winder top plate.
Top plate removed.
Remove winder gear train.
Remove winder gear train. You'll want to clean and regrease everything.
Remove winder gear train.
This is as far as I have photographed, but you should continue down and remove the lower gear cluster to clean and regrease.
